Very pleasant and tastefully decorated hotel more or less a 10 minute walk from the Old Town. This is not the first time I stayed here, and enjoyed it just as much last time. Staff very helpful and friendly. Only small downside was the restaurant..which is not owned by the hotel. The quality was really good, and service also good, however when I tried to pay with my credit card they said that my card wasnt working. It was. I thought about it afterwards and they didnt try very hard, in fact it almost looked like a game to me where they wanted cash only. I was forced to go outside and get cash from the same card, and they almost made me feel like a criminal, when it was nothing to do with me or my card. Perhaps the staff are ripping the owner off?

The room was clean, modern and bright. Everything worked. The curtains were thick enough to block out the morning light after a late night. Breakfast buffet was comprehensive enough and everything was fresh. Great location for old town.

Great hotel, very nice staff, clean, nice, well equipped rooms. Very nice restaurant where you can have a wonderful breakfast (cold and hot buffet). We are really very positively surprised. It is in an embassy area and not very far from the old town/center. We have only positive words about this hotel (and we have been in many different hotels).

Nice friendly staff. Hotels own restaurant actually surprisingly good. Wine very pricey. Go see the museum of the occupation of Latvia. Help you understand the country more.
