The rooms are very basic. The hotel is in need of upgrades, but the location and scenery are wonderful. Given you don't spend much time in the room, it is a minor consideration.

Very good holiday hotel overlooking a magnificent beach. Lovely old Portugese fishing town now being overbuilt. Restaurants numerous and good to very good. Definitely a town to return to for a relaxed holiday, the hotel is placed beautifully for everything.

It is a pleasant extremely well situated hotel but the rooms are quite old-fashioned and small, though the balconies are nice.
