Do Canal Hotel Horta Guest Reviews
This is a new hotel in Horta with beautiful facilities and wonderful service. They have underground parking for guests free of charge. One thing is that they don't provide a tea/coffee maker in the room. We leaned this while searching Internet and we brought our own electric kettle and coffee cups.

why do we have to pay 10 euros an hour for network when the hotel has a wifi system? Reception staff could be a little friendlier. Otherwise, great location and comfortable hotel.

Do Canal Hotel Horta is one of the best I ever stayed in. It has a wonderful location, it is quiet and clean. The breakfast is very good, the people very nice. Wenn I travel again to Faial I will certainly stay at Do Canal Hotel.

I found the hotel atmosphere very welcoming. The staff were quite friendly and helpful. The only concern I had was, that the food was very mediocre at dinner time. Other than that I would stay at the hotel again.
