Stayed the first time after 12 years in Kartika and was pretty happy what I found. Still the same, good location, friendly staff, nice rooms. The only negative, if there is one and everyone wants to know it, is, the a/c. Unfortunately not powerful enough. Was running all day long to have a nice temperature inside. My friend who stayed for the first time in Bali was impressed. You might find newer hotels but the location in Tuban is still the best. Why go to Kuta, Legian, Seminyak etc etc? The only thing there is that you need more time from and to the airport and the places are more crowded. We will definitely go back to this lovely place.

it is a 5 stars hotel that has a 5 stars service but a 4 stars rooms. for the same price I can get better and bigger rooms in other hotels in the same area. nevertheless it's a great hotel but expensive!
