The hotel staff were tremendous, but the room had a few problems including a non functioning hairdryer. Breakfast was average but plentiful. Good location

You'd expect a little more for a 4* hotel - though not overly pricey, the room wasn't spacious, the decor wasn't impressive and the breakfast only average. However, the hotel has a reasonably good location going for it, and decent service. Somewhere between a 3* and 4*

A well-equipped, modern, spotless hotel within easy walking distance of Porta Susa train station and easy-enough walking distance of everything else in Turin. It's clearly aimed at business rather than leisure travel, though, so it might not suit a romantic weekend away...
