Very good to stay in center of alabang near 2 malls, avenue , for business , fun, shopping and more.

The Diplomat was a reasonable hotel. Decent location, with Robinsons Mall and a few decent restaurants within walking distance. Staff were friendly, although seemed a bit preoccupied with talking amongst themselves sometimes. My room was good, fairly spacious and comfortable. It was old, but reasonably clean. The on-site restaurant was good. WIFI costs were okay, but the speed was pretty slow. Decent hotel, good value for money if you don't mind a few rough edges.

Hotel that has seen better days in the old centre of Cebu City, down the street from Robinsons Mall. Friendly staff, WiFi available (about 50 peso per hour). Hotel has adjecent spa that offers clean and good massage (about 350 peso per hour). Good value for money.
