The two of us enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. Friendly staff, great service, good restaurant, beautiful surroundings, safe underground parking, spacious room & internal lounge areas. Appreciated complimentary extras. eg. newspapers, current magazines, fruit. No hesitations in staying there again on next visit to Canberra. Only down was that Hotel's Wi-Fi is only reachable around ground floor lounge areas.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathroom. Shocked to see long hair on the door inside the bathroom.

Shower was broken, bed sheets too small for bed, fly screen broken. Hotel has a generally run-down feel. Would not stay here again.
