"Breakfast...other then the pane e pastry being a day or two days old...there was a large selection of other things to choose from for a good decent breakfast, not just continental...so that was great. The staff were VERY FRIENDLY and HELPFUL!!!! The room was my problem...yes I get old and charming...but really, it just felt dirty and cramped... and as for the instructions on how to get there...you will probably get lost....here is how I got there: il treno stazione frontt steps, go left to the first bridge on the right...go over it straight into the little street, take the second opening on the right hand side (first opening is a dead end)...over a little foot bridge...stop in the middle of the bridge and Look RIGHT over the canal...you will see the hotel sign in the distance on the right hand side on the canal past two foot bridges...I wish some one had written that for me...Now, enjoy Venezia...greatest little city in the world!"

"The location and staff were both very good but that's about it. Room was tiny, damp, and the walls were so thin that next door's tv remote changed the channel on our tv. A lot of money for what it is, but you are in Venice I suppose."
