Diana Hotel Duesseldorf Guest Reviews
When we entered the room we found out that the bathroom was on a different level. They regard a standard room as a room that does not have the bathroom attached. They could not resolve the problem. Eventually after we got a German speaking friend to talk to the owner we got €10 back on the initial €65. The room was a non-smoking room and the room still a scent of smoke. I would not recommend this hotel at all. It's very unclear what you get for what you pay.

For the money the hotel was great and very close to the shopping area and Altstadt.
