Very good base for amenities and sightseeing, a quiet location for resting.

My experience at this hotel was good, we had a very comfortable bed, I was however disapointed that we didn't have a view, but overall if was fine.

Good location - while it is not far from King's Cross it is actually in Potts Point - which makes it a lot quieter and safer. The room had everything basic. The cleanliness was left to be desired on the doors - it does not take much to wipe doors down but it does make a bad impression if you fail to do so.

Not knowing Sydney I didn't realise that this hotel was on the edge of the red light district (should have read earlier reviews), however as an overnight stopover it was adequate. Single room very small and basic, but clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast very good. Stairs down to reception from street not good for luggage, but help was on hand. Overall staff friendly and helpful. Hotel needs a little TLC - front door glass cleaned, brass rails to stairs polished etc.
