Good location, staff at reception could be more friendly.

Clean and comfortable.

The male receptionist was not as friendly as in other hotels we stayed in, he appeared somewhat preoccupied and brief in our registration process. Most hotels/Motels provide a little milk for the coffee upon arrival or in the room not so here. The room servicing was very basic. Even with this experience we would choose to stay there again if we visit Alice Springs.

Nice external layout/grounds. Apart from useful in-room kitchen facilities, very ordinary motel-quality room:- no table and chairs, no windows to open (except the sliding glass door, which locked with difficulty); cheap "bus-station" toilet paper (separate shiny sheets) rather than a roll (which should be a major no-no in any place with pretensions to even a little quality). I probably had one of the cheaper rooms, but for what I got it should have been cheaper still.
