Location
Desert Gardens is within 6 km of the Ayers Rock Airport. Uluru, or Ayers Rock, is within a 20 minute drive and Kata Tjuta National Park is nearby. The Ayers Rock Resort Shopping Centre is within a five minute walk and offers shopping, food outlets and more. There is a free resort shuttle for guests.

Desert Gardens Hotel Ayers Rock Guest Reviews
Crowne Plaza is in a great location and easy walking distance to the town centre and Casino. Hire bikes are also available from outside the hotel. The in-house dining is excellent, with two great restaurants to choose from. Buffet breakfast is also excellent. Recommend the Crowne Plaza if you are seeking good quality accommodation and services.

Please employ staff in housekeeping that can understand english and speak it as well it made comunication very difficult. Had requested different pillows still waiting already back in south africa

Very expensive for an ordinary room (although rated 4-star). Fortunately, it is in the midst of a "desert garden" which makes the stay enjoyable.

Parking limited and too far away from my room! But otherwise, nice 2 nights stay, quiet.
