Friendly staff. Helped with parking-meter outside and access to internet to print my RatesToGo voucher. Breakfast was included and it was good. Room very clean and even made the beds late in the afternoon when we slept in. Location is very close to city center (10min and you're in Marienplatz), yet in a quiet green neighborhood.

The room wasn't ready when I checked in (even though I arrived 45 minutes after the arranged check in time). Staff were very helpful and courteous.
