Decent hotel in the nearest location to very city centre. Very good service, always nice and helpful. Rooms bit shaby but great value for a price. I would definately come back soon.

Location may apppear a problem but only a 12 min tram trip cost 60p very regular service only criticisms -no kettle and no TV channel in English

Hotel was fine, staff friendly and helpful. Hotel had a pub attached originally so it was not a problem it was a bit far out, unfortunately this was closed down. Not much around and about, but taxis were cheap and quick to get you into main town.

A welcoming hotel with good service and cleanliness, however, unfortunately none of the leisure facilities was available. The pool, sauna, gym etc were shut which did not make too much of a difference to our enjoyment but it would have been nice to know in advance that they were shut. Overall a most enjoyable stay!

A short (and cheap) tram ride to the centre. Well worth the trip for the peace and quiet of the area. Friendly and helpful staff.
