Location
Located on Gerrard Street, the Delta is less than two kilometres from the Rogers Centre, St. Lawrence Market, the Bata Show Museum and the Campbell House Museum. The hotel is just two blocks from the World's Biggest Bookstore.
Rooms
Guestrooms feature Delta Sanctuary Beds, pillow top mattresses, curved shower curtains and hairdryers in the bathrooms, coffee and tea makers, workstations with ergonomic desk chairs and high-speed Internet access for a fee.
Restaurant
Delta Chelsea guests can enjoy dining onsite at Bb33 Bistro and Brassiere. The Bistro serves dinner only and dishes are made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The Brassiere serves breakfast buffets and brunch on Sundays.

Overall a positive experience and good value. While the lobby and restaurants were quite nice, the guest rooms and hallways were a little tired.

The hotel was nicely appointed and right in the middle of downtown so it was a great spot to depart from on walking adventures. Free Wi-Fi (which is always a plus) and the friendly staff made for a nice business trip. My room had a balcony and it was nice to step out and enjoy the hustle and bustle of downtown from a safe distance. Only one comment to the negative; the room arrangement felt a little cramped with the TV too close to the foot of the bed but the writing/computer desk and arm chair made it alright. Would stay again.

Well located and the hotel was not expensive. Not a luxury hotel, but for the price, everything was acceptable. I'd stay there again if I was on the same budget.

Very nice place, location, and amenities, but: (1) charges for in-room Internet are ridiculous at these prices; (2) TV remote had the channel numbers almost all rubbed off; (3) They're wasting water as the shower/bath diverter was leaking.
