Arrived late at night. Fast check-in but received an uncleaned room 3 times in a row! Check-in, concierge and technical personal appeáred not well-trained. Each particular request (adapter, wifi card) took ages to be delivered. To conclude: Nice hotel, good value for money but unprepared and unprofessional staff.
