Del Prado Inn Hotel Cuzco Guest Reviews
this is an ideal location and the staff were very helpful at almost every turn. The location is known for it's noisy bars at night and the hotel actually gives you ear plugs. I never heard any noise and thus didn't need ear plugs. My only issue was mid-way thru my stay I woke up to a flooding room. The room above me had real issues with the shower pipe breaking and it flooded my room. The hotel moved me to another room and actually downgraded me to another room the size of a closet. Smaller and no ac ! Yikes I was quite disappointed and had to argue with them to move me a day later(after very hot night) to a room with ac and back to a size larger than a closet. Had it not been for the room issue and their decision to downgrade me because of their water issues.......I would have given them 5 stars.....

I stayed in several hotels when I was inperu recently and the Del Prado Inn in Cuzco was by far the nicest. Lovely room, very friendly helpful staff and a great location. I would recommend it. The only down side is that it could be noisy at night as there is a nightclub nearby. I was so tired each night though that it didn't bother me too much.

very nice hotel, very well located, excelente service. The day I was leaving to the airport they forgot to wake me up and the taxi I requested at an especific time didn´t show up but other than that I have no complains

Location was good 3 doors off main Plaza and 3 doors walk from nearest Macca's ;) Peeves were there is no aircon or even fans and rooms get very stuffy and hot also on my first stay room backed onto stairs for upper floor and behind bed was a window which you couldn't close meaning you heard all the steps and all the voices - ear plugs were provided - other than that if you can handle the heat and the rooms next to stairs location, price, cleanliness and service are fine
