the hotel and staff are very good, the only downside is the location and drive up into the mountains to the hotel

Great deal for your money. Very close to bergamo in the mountains. Quite small city close to wonderful sceneary, nature and skiing. Problem out of weekends/season to find restaurants in city. But great place and hotel....will be back

excellent value for money, but you must be prepared to drive up in the mountains on a very curvy steep road to reach the hotel. good services and a peaceful place. very good family room.

Hotel is in selvino which was much nicer than bergamo city. It is a ski resort but delightful out of season with plenty walks and a lovely village feel. Transport links to bergamo and nearby allbino were excellent. Hotel was fantastic value for money.

We visited in October, which is between seasons for this mountain resort, so local restaurants were generally closed. That meant that the long winding road became a big consideration. The hotel itself is recently modernised. We had booked B&B so did not sample the food as there was no restaurant service available.
