We were housed in the old wing of the resort. In any case, the average accommodation at an affordable price.

entrance and lobby at Deevana is 5 star quality, garden looks merely like tropical weeds but makes up for it with 2 great big size pools. Rooms are basic and have a slightly aged feel to them but still great value (would look amazing with a splash of paint and furniture modernized)The place has a few cats hanging around which is fine if your an animal lover. Breakfast was absolutely amazing! Highly reccomend! The staff were fantastic and vey bubbly, smiles all day long:) Location is good for you are a 5min taxi ride from bungla rd (party town) but still further enough away to have peace and quiet at night. Good resort for family's and party goers. Shops and restaurants vey close.

The service is great. From the driver who picks us at the airport to the front desk and to the porter. We wanted to upgrade our rooms and the porter accompany us to view 3 rooms. The only bad service I had was at the hotel restaurant. The waitress was impatient with no greetings or any smile. This hotel is located at the quieter side of patong beach. There's a vendor selling crispy pancake late at night just outside the hotel and it's yummy! Overall I would recommend my frds to this excellent hotel.

This hotel represents value for money in our eyes. We upgraded to the jucuzzi suite and it was well worth it. The staff are super friendly and the buffet breakfast is tops. Would def recommend to fellow travelers.

10 friends including myself stayed at Deevana for a few weeks. The hotel is in a really good location which is just walking distance to the beach, markets, Bangla Road and tuk tuks await you on the main road if you're feeling like a quick, cheap ride to anywhere. The hotel pool is nice enough with a great happy hour service. The breakfast buffet does not let you down either. Although the staff were sometimes slow with responding to requests (and making cocktails), this seems to be the norm in the leisurely tourist spot of patong and their friendly hospitality made up for it. Also, the in house massages and spa therapy were lovely if you don't mind paying a bit extra than the street price!

Aside from a semi-decent location, there is NO reason to stay at this hotel. When I checked in I was shocked at how stark the room was. It was so dark and so dingy. The room was rundown and the sheets were so bad that if the mattress was not in worse shape I would have stripped the sheets off the bed. There was a huge dead cockroach in the bathroom, and even though I asked the front desk to remove it THREE TIMES, it was still there when I checked out the room after my dreadful two-night stay. The worse part of the trip, though, was that I was meeting a friend in Phuket. After going out for the night, as my friend's hotel was a bit further away, I told my friend he could stay at mine. When I got back to the hotel they said that they were going to charge me extra money to have my friend merely sleep in the same room as me. When I told them that this was ridiculous, the manager got angry and called the security guard whou physically pushed my friend out of the hotel with his billy club before I had the time to pay for my friend to stay the night. Needless to say, I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. It was dirty, disgusting and the staff was the worst I have ever encountered. This is especially sad given that I live in Thailand and know that the staff at most hotels are absolutely lovely. I highly recommend starying awary from this hotel unless you are stranded on the street and every other hotel is booked.

Very nice hotel especially good value for money. No safe in the room but reception has a safe deposit box. Great pools, friendly staff and the breakfast was quite good. Good location too.

Everything is fine and right with exception to the infrastructure for handicapped or for those with baby stroller. It is not user-friendly to those that is physically challenged or those with baby stroller as there are no ram for wheelie. From car porch to main hall you would need to carry your stroller up 4 flights of stairs to check-in/ main hall, thereafter to go to your room you would need to pass by the cafe and gym up 3-4 flight of stairs and then down 3-4 flight of stairs and walk pass by gym and down again another 3-4 flights of stairs. Staffs is friendly.

My family of 4 just came back after a 4 nights stay. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted, check in was a breeze & we were offered an upgrade to a family suite. Our stay here was simply GREAT ! Hotel staff are nice, warm and friendly. Hotel is clean, secure and well maintained. Only grouse I have - the shower water in our room was weak, but the stay was GREAT! Nice location too as the minimart is just outside, the Patong Food Centre where rows of seafood eateries was just outside the main road (< 2 mins walk) and the beach is just another road down (< 6 mins walk). Massage shops and a shopping complex are just along the main road, all within comfortable walking distances. Hotel is sited away from the a-go-go bars and makes it great for a family stay. Another plus - we were on a night flight back and the staff arranged for us to check-out but we returned to the hotel in the evening with a transit room for us to shower and freshen up! I will recommend this Hotel to Anyone & Everyone.

For the kind of price I paid, it is definitely value for money! Quiet room, decent breadfast, and wonderful pools. If your outstanding balance is in US dollars, then try to pay them in US dollars, as any conversion will result paying more.

Very quite location but with walking distance to the shopping centers. Lots of food stalls around both at night and in the morning!! Very good offer with such price! Swimming pools are great and suggested to stay in Spa Wing, more new and more nicely decorated.

The breakfast seems to be almost the same daily but it's still quite good. Love the elephant that they folded using towel. I'm not too sure of other hotels but they do provide umbrella in all rooms. One thing not so good is no bathtub!!! The rooms are quite cosy and spacious.

Great place to stay. Very clean and friendly staff. A little far from Bangala Rd - 10 -15min walk but that was a good thing for us. Plenty of money changers & 7/11's near by. We stayed in the room with the plunge pool and found it pretty noisy. The people above us had a party till 3am and you could hear almost everything. Reception staff did speak to them asking them to be quiet and were open to idea of us moving rooms. Beds are pretty firm but thats norm for Thailand. Breakfast was good. Family friendly and we would definately be going back.

We found Deevana Resort a fantastic place to stay, the staff are very friendly and willing to help you with anything you need. The resort is in walking distance of anything you need, beach, shopping and Bangla Rd. The buffet breakfast is great the food just keeps coming right up until the 1030am finish time so if you have a big night you can turn up at 1015 and still have plenty to eat. The grounds and pool were perfect with 24hr Security. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was HUGE with everything you would need, there was just the 2 of us but these rooms would be great for a family. We would definetly stay at Deevana again and recommend this Resort.
