Not enough desk clerks. This hotel caters to large groups and feels like a stampede at check in and breakfast if you arrive with them. Half the rooms face the highway and windows do not block out noise. For that matter noises can be heard from halls and other rooms. Dated hotel hallways and lobby, dark grundgy carpet. Poor quality for a 5 (?) Star.
