We were on business in Florence & booked 3 rooms. All were fine - nothing special but clean & nice. We had no views (looked at a wall from our rooms) but that was ok as we weren't in our rooms much. The breakfast was nice - extended continental. The staff was helpful with directions and dinner reservations and the location is excellent.

wonderfully located hotel and nice room. lady on the front desk was a little frosty though but i would stay here again.
