I really wasn't expecting anything great, given the location. Most hotels you'll find around Gare Midi in Brussels, tend to be on the cheap and dingy side. The Taxi driver had not even heard of this hotel, so I really wasn't expecting much. Instead, I was greeted by a hotel that would easily be at home in any of the richer parts of Brussels. Friendly courteous staff, wide spacious well lit reception, free use of the internet on a communal PC with wireless access in every room. (And FAST too. I clocked about 1Mbit on the wireless) Breakfast was included, and was easily the equal of anything I'd had at the Four Points. Juice, fruit, yoghurts, cereal, tea, all my personal faves anyway. Really, this hotels only negative is the location. If you have a car, great. Otherwise, you should taxi to whereever you want to go. I wouldn't fancy the walk to anywhere decent, especially if it was at night.

The hotel was quite nice. The breakfast was basic but had enough to be satisfying. no hot food. The location was not great. it was about a 35 min walk into the city centre or 15 to the next station. the neighbourhood was not the best either. But the staff were really nice so that helped.

This hotel is a great value for a budget traveller.... other then its location ---- everything else was exceptional for us. The room cleanliness and the staff friendliness and helpfulness were supreme. And yes ---- the included Wi-Fi and breakfast do add to the value... If your plan is to visit Brussels and not to spend any time in the hotel's area (realistically there is nothing to see in the area) then your option is a short (300m) walk to the tram #97 and in 20-25min you are directly in the heart of Brussels (Louisse station) ---- I guess there will be not too many other 3-star hotels that could rival this one than... (BWT --- the hotel location is safe ---- it is only completely unatractive and not "touristy"...)

The receptionist was very helpful in providing information for sightseeing in Brussels. The hotel is about 15 minutes walking from the Brussels Midi train station.

Really friendly and helpful staff. clean rooms and acceptable WiFi. The location is not for those who want a town center hotel, but it is good enough with access to everywhere you are likely to want to go. It has good access to the gare du midi and the transport network. There is no restaurant, but a couple of local places to eat and a delivery service suffice if you need food. If I was going back I'd stay here again, just for the friendly service
