The hotel is lovely, and clean. The sheets and towels smell good, and the soaps are packaged i recycled paper (nice). The shower needed some attention (repair). The breakfast is a bit expensive (can get a full breakfast on the square for half the price).

We were very pleased with staying at this hotel. The location in the very heart of Brugges was ideal, the people at the reception friendly and helpful. The room was small but very nicely furnished. The hotel serves an excellent breakfast in the winter garden with a view of the cathedral. Loved it and would go back anytime.

The atmospherer of this hotel was very nice. The place for breakfast and the salon room touched the heart of a traveler.

Excellent location - quiet street but close to the centre. Easy to find from the train station. Friendly staff. Room cosy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Only one criticism.
