The staff, hotel breakfast buffet, room etc were all fine....I searched for a hotel based on wanting to be near the Tianhe area and this hotel says it is but was further away than I wanted. Cost / value was good.

Upon our arrival we were upgraded to a superior room at no extra charge. The staff were very friendly and could not do enough for us. A very clean and nice Hotel. A bit out of the city centre and 45 minutes from the Airport.
