Room was dirty. Furniture needed replaced as wood was flaked off in top layers of chairs, dressers. One room with table and two chairs looked as though someone threw liquid on wall and was never cleaned. Chairs had stains on them. Coffee pot was gross. Important that sheets were clean. Hair on floor in bathroom and sink area.
