The staff allowed an early check-in which was appreciated but the front desk attendant was also handling a phone call reservation at the same time and was irritated with that customer. The bathroom was clean and I liked the waterfall shower head. Bed was very comfortable with a very warm comforter - almost like a synthetic down comforter I have at home. Pillows were a little too firm. The morning breakfast was average, bagels, bread for toast and juice. The staff at check-out was very pleasant. Overall, I would stay here again.

It is good for short stay. Clean, nice staff, close to downtown. Additionally, the price is good.

"boutique" hotel means more modern and more art on the walls. Comfortable beds, showers, large rooms. Hotel staff very friendly and good breakfast. Internet wasn't working.

door of out room was open because the maid wasn't done. so there were no towels. stain on the wall carpets in the hallway were really dirty shame because the hotel from the outside look great

I had heard from a number of people through out the day (3 cab drivers, my waitress, and 4 people at my meetings) that this was an unsafe neighborhood. When I got to the Hotel, Bobby was working and assured me that the neighborhood had a bad reputation and that it was fine. He then recommended some cool places to check out on Brady street, which the shuttle will take me too for free. As I was waiting for my shuttle, this guy that was staying at the hotel told me that the cops had been there 4 nights that week because peoples rooms were being robbed and cars were being broken into. Once I heard that I cancelled my plans and locked myself in my room for the night. I personally didn't experience anything bad, however a cop in an unmarked car did come to the Hotel as I was heading up to my room. Bobby was very helpful, but I wouldn't stay here again. Nor would I recommend anyone else too. The beds are super comfy and the room appeared pretty clean except for the coffee maker still had old grinds in it. :( Free breakfast and shuttle are nice, but not if your going to be robbed while utilizing either one.
