Very nice, clean hotel. Nice open "courtyard" area with pool, hot tub, trees and grass (in Phoenix!). I especially liked that our room had two doors, one open to the parking lot and another open to the courtyard. Pretty decent continental breakfast.

I went here to save money while attending a conference at the much more expensive Fire Sky Resort a block up the street. This is an oldish place but it seems relatively well kept up. First night the sink drain was nearly clogged up but this was dealt with the following day and was fine after that. No problem with sound from adjoining rooms. Beds are more firm than I've experienced elsewhere but still comfortable. Location was great. Two minute walk to the huge Fashion Square mall. In fact the parking structure for the mall was 40 feet from my room. The main problem was a sports team spending the weekend there. It got loud outside at times.This is an inexpensive place so large groups of this type are likely to stay there. Could be noisy - factor this in. If I'd gone with my family I probably would have wanted something a little quieter with larger rooms and a more elegant setting. Overall, the location and reasonable comfort in combination with an awesome price made this a very good choice for me.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The free continental breakfast had plenty of choices and was also good inc. the staff . Overall a great deal at a moderate price..I would stay here again..

Hotel Location worked nicely. Coco Restaurant adjacent to parking lot was extremely helpful. Next to Fashion Mall, close to Old Town Scottsdale, reasonable and easy drive to the airport in Phoenix. Rooms were clean, and large. Bed very comfortable. Staff was friendly on check in and tried to accomodate our needs. Crib for infant was filthy but the staff tried to correct this. Some trouble making the room key work, but staff also tried to correct this. Breakfast ordinary, but with enough choices to meet our needs - open from 6:30 to 9:30am. Cost consistent with hotel's 2 star rating. Overall the hotel was better than it's 2 star rating.
