If you're looking for anything high end, forget it. But, if you're looking for value and convenience, it's perfect. Stayed while my mother was in the hospital. It's less than 100 yards away and really convenient. It's right next to Abercorn, so there is some road noise, but that doesn't bother me. The access road has a Checker's, Pizza Hut, KFC, and Krispy Kreme and across the street is a Burger King and Publix market.

Overall this was a horribly disappointing experience. I stepped out of my car into a puddle of vomit, causing me to slip and nearly fall. The on duty clerk acted as if I should apologize for it and perhaps clean it up before someone else had an accident. Our "non-smoking" room had a distinct odor and cigarette ashes on the bathroom floor. The dust and dirt in the corners of the bathroom floor was disgusting. I was given a different room after complaining, but the clerk insisted the whole time that I was wrong, it was a clean, non-smoking room. Hmmm, I even showed him pictures and invited him to come take a look. He continued to argue all of my concerns and complaints and when I stated that I was just going to cancel and find another hotel I was reminded that I had pre-paid and there was a no refund clause! I was given an alternate room, but only after much complaining and arguing....not worth the hassle or the savings at all! About the only good thing about it was the convenient location.

The room was clean but the bed sheets had dog hair on them. Good cheap place to stay for the night. Will go again just because of how cheap it is compared to the other places and close to where I needed to be.

Obviously never cleaned - there was a #2 in the toilet when we arrived.

The ONLY good thing I can say for this hotel is that the water was hot and it had free wi-fi. The clerk greeted us with a burning cigarette at the front door, then advised me not to touch the check-in counter. (Free tip, I guess.) The room was cramped with two double beds and a little table. The microwave stand was the refrigerator. There were mildew stains on the shower curtain, the toilet leaked, and when it got stopped up the desk clerk told us to "look for housekeeping staff". The bathroom was filthy. The area where the toilet paper is dispensed obviously hasn't been cleaned in years, and there were hairs in our washcloths... not ours, I might add. When I turned the covers back, I found hairs there, too. The carpet is filthy. So this hotel is old, I get it, but there's no nostalgic charm to be found. Spend your money elsewhere.
