requeri cancelar el mero dia, por problema de salud en la familia, sin embargo a ustedes les importo un comino , y no quisieron reenbolsar un centavo, en el futuro no organizare mis viajes con ustedes..... INFORMARE A TODOS MIS CONOCIDOS QUE NO UTILICEN CHEAPTICKETS CUANDO SE TRATE DE PAQUETES, YA QUE NO REENBOLSAN NADA EN CASO DE CANCELACION DE EMERGENCIA...

A good location ~ not far from San Francisco. Enjoyed San Mateo proper.

The hotel is clean and just as described. No problems. It fits the bill if you need just a place to sleep with no frills.
