The hotel and staff exceeded my expectations. PROS: Room clean and smells good. High ceilings. Continental breakfast was great. Free Parking. Comfy bed and pillows. Staff very attentive and friendly. Hotel location close to everything - shopping, restaurants, Bart, etc. Price is EXCELLENT. They let me check in early and check out late :) CONS: Noisy vent in the bathroom

Beds were very hard. Bedding not comfy or plush. Water was scalding, even from the sink. Front desk did finally change our room but not til the next day. TV remote only worked to change channels, not volume or to turn on/off. The good thing is that hotel is located near the airport and they do shuttle to and from. If you miss the hotels continental breakfast, be prepared to either walk a distance or take the bus. I would not stay here again.

I had my reserves base on some bad comments about service and cleanest. But the services was great, the front desk girl was very helpful, we got there way early and she happily kept our lugged,So we could go have lunch and walk around and come back just at time to check in, the room was clean, the microwave and fridge were very convenience. Overall our experience was good and I would recommend this hotel for the price great value!!.

For a San Francisco hotel this was a nice little hotel. It was clean and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

The room was not fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. The price was fantastic. They have an airport shuttle that leaves every hour starting at 4:00 a.m. This is a decent place to get some sleep before a trip. I would definitely stay again.
