Great staff ,we decided to move to lower floor and they moved without any issues!!!

My first room smelled like a old smelly sock, but I had no problem getting a new room assigned (+1 for the staff). It's a step above the other national-brand cheap hotels, but not by much.

Unfortunately the spa was "temporarily out of order" for our entire 4 day stay, over New Years holiday. The room was small but adequate, the bed was low end, and the shower had thick black mold in the gap between the tub top and shower walls. The staff was nice and friendly. The continental breakfast has wrapped up long before checkout time, so by 1030 am there is only coffee and OJ left, even though there were still people coming in searching for food... I get it if the waffle maker and the donuts are done, but atleast restock the bread and cereal for us... The place was quiet and next door to several good well known restaurants.

below average except mallory she is very helpfull and then there's linda... excellent van driver very friendly... clean rooms, no bed bugs... could use new tv's tho...
