It was very quiet. We upgraded to the deluxe room and the beds were extremely comfortable. We did not stay for the free continental breakfast so are unable to rate that aspect. The staff at the front desk were friendly and knowledgable.

My wife & I booked for the July 1st weekend. We arrived at noon, Friday, but our room was not ready so we went into town, Ottawa, and visited the Parlement Buildings. Came back at 6:00PM and the room was ready. Very large room, 2 queen size beds, clean,and all that you need to have a pleasant stay. The staff was pleasent and helpfull. We asked the wareabouts of a Cathelic Church for Sunday Services and we were directed to one 2 blocks away. When we later asked about a movie theatre, we were given direction how to get there without getting lost. Although, it is a bit out of the way from downtown Ottawa, it was only 20 minutes from the hotel to get to the museums in town. After we saw the traffic congestions in town and the problems we had finding parking, I'm glad we were near the 417 highway for going and coming, and avoid that traffic. We would return again on a future visit, and recommend it to anyone who wishes to avoid the traffic and polution of the City.
