I booked this online directly thru the hotel sight...for my daughter and friends to stay after a concert. When they arrived Deep was the desk clerk, wouldn't charge my credit card since it wasnt present. The kids called me, I asked for management, he flat refused management or to help me find a way to keep my kids from being kicked out on the street. I called corporate...they did find a way for me to pay for the room...of course I filed a complaint and then booked with a different hotel. I was miles away and did all this online so that I could feel comfortable knowing the kids were safe...not so and Deep was completely uncooperative. Wouldnt recommend at all.

One of bed's blankets had several holes from cigarettes...and vent in bathroom had tissue stuffed in it??? Bathtub seemed dingy--kids refused to use it!
