Where to start..the elevators were not just slow, but very slow. We wanted a ocean view room, it overlooked the rooftop of the first 3 floors with a peek of the ocean between some trees. The furniture, bathroom fixtures need a serious update. One plus for the place was the breakfast $10.00 per person in the basement. Served buffet style or from menu with a taste for everyone's liking. We only had to stay one night or I would have definitely complained. If you plan to spend a vacation in Miami, don't do it here!

Hotel staff couldn't care less. Bathroom wasn't very appealing. Location is okay. Parking is a disaster.

Great location and good value for money, however the hotel lets itself down badly with the state of the carpets on the 5th floor (our Room )and in the bar area which were torn and dirty The lift was old, slow and rickity Would I stay there again ? YES

More like a hostel than a hotel but was comfortable and the staff were friendly. Excellent value for the price
