A reasonable budget hotel at a good price. It could do with slightly better soundproofing between floors. Compact but quite comfortable. Very friendly staff. As with all motorway services hotels their location is not their best point for anything other than convenience.

Nothing too much trouble for staff. Complimentary drinks tray availalbe and extras are given freely on request. Excellent value for stop-off en route.

This place ht the spot. Excellent room with super shower. M1 noise not obtrusive. Great.

The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and professional despite the short notice booking and they went out of their way to help. Nothing was too much trouble and they should be commended for their attitude and customer service skills which I think were absolutely top class.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff, clean room (apart from a used sanitary towel in the bathroom bin, hence the 'average' mark I gave for cleanliness - apart from this the room was spotless) and thought it was perfect for the one night stay I needed to make. Would recommend.
