Upon checkin, they never said I would have to pay to leave my car in their parking lot while I traveled. The water in the room was rust orange like they hadn't run in in awhile, the amenities didn't work in the room... Shuttle service back from the airport was horrific. My flight landed early so I called Days Inn to see when the next shuttle would be there. I told them where I would be and they said someone would be there in 10 minutes. I waited an hour and a half. I called them 8 times to see where they were but eventually they stopped answering the phone. The driver was told wrong directions from the front staff, after I had specifically given them directions each time I called.

there is only room in the van for 9 so if you need to go at a certain time and you are after nine people you have to go where there is a time available or a cab. That cab cost $25 each way so I am not at all happy with their free shuttle service, it is only free if you fit in their "box". I would not go back! Carla Forney

Well I asked them for a wake up call and the guy said no problem he would do it right away. Called down and told them we had no hot water at 8:30 p.m. He told me to try in an hour well in an hour still not hot water. Well at 4 am no call came to wake us up Thank God I was awake, because I would have missed my flighy to Dallas, Texas. Which would have major upset me. At 4 am I tried to take a shower again and guess what NO HOT WATER. So Cold showers are not what I want when it is cold out and I have a long day ahead of me.

While a coffee maker was in the room, it would be nice to have a fresh brew in the lobby in the morning. Location is decent and fairly convenient to downtown Philly. Several place to eat in the area. Casino/race track is only a few miles away - so it is close. College campus across the street is nice a worth a drive-thru.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean Location was good Just average. Price Fair. Just needed them to work with us with a change of reservation but they and ORBITZ would not work with us to move reservation up one week so we ended up paying twice.

We were on our way home from a road trip to New York city and decided to visit Philly. We chose this hotel because of it's proximity to the bus route 109 that takes you into the city. Hotel staff was efficient. The hotel suited our needs perfetly.

It was just a very dirty facility. No A/C in the lobby. Room A/C shut off and took two hours to cool down.

Flying in late, around midnight, into Philly so needed a room close to the airport for the night. All hotels within the vicinity were full so was forced 7 miles to Chester. Distance didn't matter but the following did: Main lot was full so had to park next door, next to the diner. Walk to the reception was poorly lit. Neighborhood didn't feel safe at all. Receptionist was busy watching tv but managed a brief eye contact and a quick hello before asking for name. Eyes still on tv, he managed to slip me the keys before giving the tv his undivided attention. The real horror begins when you click the key into the room. First impression was the smell of cheap air spray trying to disguise the damp and horrid carpet. Up to bed and peeled off the covers, gave it a quick inspection and managed to find a bed bug crawling on the sheet. Covered bed up again immediately. Need less to say that night slept on top of the bed cover with clothes AND shoes on. Then noticed the walls were not solid concrete but felt rather like paper boards. Walkway was noisy, again did not feel safe so blockaded the door with the chair. Tv was old and remote was greasy. Luckily didn't need to watch tv so did not touch the remote. Was too afraid to open the fridge so didn't find out what hid in it. No comment on this one. The toilet turned out to be the best experience. New tub and shower boards were clean, probably because it was still new. Soaps were well packed but shampoo was clearly recycled - traces of human hair was present on the shampoo package label. Overall, met expectations of a cheap love motel, and not a clean or neat establishment it tries to be. Tip: avoid at all costs. Pay the extra 50 bucks and get a room in downtown Philly instead.

We were in Philly only for the weekend and were not planning on having very long time periods of being in a hotel. This one was close to downtown Philly but out of the traffic of it all. It was also a very good price. At first we had a hard time finding and locating the hotel but when we finally did we realized it was actually not that hard to locate after all. The parking lot was under repairs and so there were very few spaces to park in and that was a bit inconvenient as we had luggage and had to walk a ways down the street to park and then carry the bags, etc. It has an attached restaurant but we did not eat there. The indoor pool was out of order so we didn't swim but we weren't planning on that anyway. The check in was flawless, the check out was flawless and so very fast. The desk clerks we interacted with were nice and professional. The hotel was pretty hot and could have used better air conditioners in my opinion but the water pressure and the showers were good. The tv was good, it had good wi-fi and we did not use the maid service to clean our room as we really didn't want that. As we saw other guests we noticed that quite a lot of airline stewardesses used this hotel. It wasn't luxurious and top of the line but it wasn't the lowest either. It served our purposes just fine , the neighborhood it was surrounded by was not very well taken care of and it is definitely low income type housing but the hotel itself was safe and clean and just fine. The hotel room had an ironing board and iron and a small refrigerator and a microwave and coffee pot, a desk with comfortable chair, a hair dryer, and good tv with lots of channels. It was non smoking and actually really smelled like it too. There is an ice machine and snack vending machines on each floor.

The hotel was your typical hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. It had a fridge, microwave, desk, hair dryer, iron, and TV. It is an hour and 10 minutes from Dorney Park. The free shuttle to and from the airport usually leaves every half hour (sometimes 45 minutes)and is about a 10 minute ride. From the airport you can take the train to Philadelphia which takes about 25 minutes (which leaves every half hour at :13 and :43). To get on the train, you need $7.00 cash. This can be changed to a round trip at the train station for about 5 more dollars. A week long pass to the center city costs a total of $29.00. To go from the airport to the shuttle, you must call the hotel to pick you up.

Much bigger than expected but furnishings were old. Place was clean and staff was friendly. Easy access to highway for quick travel to Philly (about 20 minutes). Internet worked fine but sometimes was slow. Either way - great place for the price!
