Close to the airport, good shuttle service, and clean rooms.

Upon checkin, they never said I would have to pay to leave my car in their parking lot while I traveled. The water in the room was rust orange like they hadn't run in in awhile, the amenities didn't work in the room... Shuttle service back from the airport was horrific. My flight landed early so I called Days Inn to see when the next shuttle would be there. I told them where I would be and they said someone would be there in 10 minutes. I waited an hour and a half. I called them 8 times to see where they were but eventually they stopped answering the phone. The driver was told wrong directions from the front staff, after I had specifically given them directions each time I called.

there is only room in the van for 9 so if you need to go at a certain time and you are after nine people you have to go where there is a time available or a cab. That cab cost $25 each way so I am not at all happy with their free shuttle service, it is only free if you fit in their "box". I would not go back! Carla Forney

Well I asked them for a wake up call and the guy said no problem he would do it right away. Called down and told them we had no hot water at 8:30 p.m. He told me to try in an hour well in an hour still not hot water. Well at 4 am no call came to wake us up Thank God I was awake, because I would have missed my flighy to Dallas, Texas. Which would have major upset me. At 4 am I tried to take a shower again and guess what NO HOT WATER. So Cold showers are not what I want when it is cold out and I have a long day ahead of me.

While a coffee maker was in the room, it would be nice to have a fresh brew in the lobby in the morning. Location is decent and fairly convenient to downtown Philly. Several place to eat in the area. Casino/race track is only a few miles away - so it is close. College campus across the street is nice a worth a drive-thru.
