For onenight stay in hotel prior to an interview at UF. Very close to UF campus.

I had submitted a review for this same facility a few days ago and my opinion still hasn't changed. A great place to stay if you have medical appointments at U of F or VA as it is so close to both and parking can be a real premium at VA during late morning hours. I think there is a shuttle service between hotel and VA hospital. I was driving my personal car so didn't seek or avail myself to those services.

I was thoroughly unimpressed with this motel. It smelled musty, there was no iron or ironing board (and when I requested both, i had to go pick them up from the front desk). There was no hot water in the morning due to a gas leak nearbye (not the motel's fault) but they said they went and contacted all guests the evening before to offer everyone to check into another hotel, but they failed to contact me. The cold water was a surprise at 5:50am. I will not be back to this motel.

I needed to be close to VA hospital for 7am appointment next day and this location was perfect. Also, relatively close drive to restaurants. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I appreciated the option of a smoking room. Very reasonable rates.

It was a good place to stay. Room was clean and they provide a breackfast. I consider to stay there again.
