The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was professional. The continental breakfast was nice. We really enjoyed our trip and the stay at Days Inn. It's located in a great spot. A+++++ rating

Staff was nice considering after the third fridge we finally were given one that worked. Cleaning of our room was crazy. Coming back to the room at 5pm and our room hadn't been touched. Took out our own trash due to the room not being cleaned. Had to ask for towels 4 of 6 days and our room was only cleaned twice as far as the tub etc. Did manage to get them to put clean sheets for us daily when we complained. A/C wasn't that great during the day but good at night. Maint. said they were old units and you just had to put them on the lowest possible setting. Nice breakfast. The carpet in the room was nasty. The reason I would not recommend this place to a friend is because of the issues with the housekeeping staff.

We stayed at this location for 4 nights in June 2011. The staff were friendly and the rooms were as clean as could be expected. During the day the rooms were very hot. The A/C must be on timers set by Management. Getting into and out of the Hotel is somewhat of a problem. There is not signal and can only turn right out of the drive. If needing to go the other way, you have to make a U turn. Public Beach access is only a mile or so away. Big Kahuna's is within walking distance. We had problems with kids running around a screaming at all hours of the night making it hard to sleep. Next time will spend a little more for a nicer place.

I stepped into one of the gaudiest lobbies I have ever seen. I immediately wondered what they must have been thinking. Clearly the atmosphere is not one with the customer in mind. Unfortunately, I was trapped in this lobby for about an hour and a half trying to check in. Not because there was a line...apparently one of the hotel staff had charged me as a no-show the day prior to my scheduled arrival. It took the clerk 90 minutes to get that straightened out and then I was still charged $20 to check in "early"! The room itself did not make the check-in experience worth enduring. My friend and I were afraid to touch anything and used hand sanitized often.
