Disappointing. Room was okay in terms of cleanliness. A/C keep freezing over;outdoor pool, which was main reason we choose hotel, wasn't open during our entire stay. Staff was responsive upfront, but very poor follow through. Continental breakfast was lame; can't eat there if gluten intolerant; had to get cable to use "free" internet. The attached Mexican restaraunt was AWESOME; great food, friendly staff; I ate there 3 times during 4 day stay.

The hotel was clean upon check in, but the houskeeping throughout the stay was basic (they made the bed and cleaned the bathroom). We past on the free breakfast, it was packaged bakery items from Sams Club and cereal. The location was good, but I don't think I would stay there again. They also were not helpful as far as recommending places to see, do or eat at.

While the front desk person was helpful and kind to us the hotel itself was unsafe and dirty. The doors from the stairs to the parking lot had broken locks The hallways smelled of mildew y and filfy carpets in the room .. The non-smoking room was poorly lit and smelled of smoke and mildew as well.We were not happy with [...]becuase it was non refundable we paid $61 per night.I will never stay there again. NO MATTER how cheap you get the room, it is NOT worth it!!!!!!

I chose this hotel because it was located near the conference I was attending. People at the front desk were friendly but hardly spoke English and could not be of any assistance with my questions. I am usually a very positive person, but this room was filthy. I had to brush crumbs off one chair and refused to go near the other. There were spider webs covering the bottom of it, and it was filthy. The bedspread and pillows were smelly and I found a pubic hair on the sheets. The sink and bathtub had obvious mold and hair. The AC would work on low only and even then it smelled of burning rubber when it switched on and off every few minutes. The glass door had fingerprints. Carpet was ripped everywhere. If I had not already paid in advance, I would have left. On a positive note: hot water, clean towels, coffee, shampoo, hair dryer, good lighting, a pool, balcony with seating, fridge, microwave, one computer in lobby, light breakfast, low price, good parking, location, view of mountains, internet access, brochures. [...]representative on chat wrote, "a nice property." It could be with extreme power cleaning and updating.

the hotel was old but it was clean and comfortable. the pool was also small but was kept very clean the grandkids enjoyed it.
