Days Inn Clifton Hill Casino Niagara Falls Guest Reviews
We were in Niagara Falls for a recent cheerleading competition and I stayed at this hotel with my 19yr. old son and his girlfriend. The location is perfect. Many restaurants to choose from. Tourist area of Clifton Hill literally right there. I found the staff to be courteous and very helpful with directions and just friendly banter with myself and other guests. Cleaning staff was pleasant to deal with and did an admirable job. The amenities are what I had an issue with. The internet reception was non-existent in our room and had difficulty loading simple web pages while sitting in the lobby!! The Applebees connected to the hotel and mentioned prominently on their site and on the flashing electric sign on top of the hotel, was "Closed for the season"!! May have wanted to mention that...and consider changing the sign on the hotel that states to all on Clifton Hill that 'Kids Eat Free'. The heat in the room had to be on or off as there was no temperature control....the knob on the unit turned freely...adjusting nothing. I just think this hotel is missing just enough that one would get more 'value' spending $10-$15 more per night and staying at one of the numerous hotels within walking distance of this one.

we found front desk staff to be very polite ,helpful ,our room was upgraded at no extra charge ,this room enabled us to watch the fireworks from the comfort of an easy chair ,greatly appreciated on a Winters eve in Niagara Falls ,breakfast also ,was an enjoyable experience ,with staff quick to refill plates when supplies were getting low ,we shall return to this hotel .

Omg, I thought I would pull my hair out. There was 2 rooms in the outdoor section that was having all nite party. I mean it was a open door party with people drinking in parking lot and loud noises and yelling ALL nite. 6am in the morning still going on. I was told by the young housekeeping guy that security was coming to take care of it. BS, they didn't do anything. And when I spoke to the front desk they had the audacity to tell me that we signed a waiver which was like a slap in the face saying anyone can make as much noise as they want an we sign our rights away by signing a waiver????? WTF is that all about.

I was a little weary of this place after reading some of the reviews, however, I took a risk because it was so close to everything. Let me tell you, this hotel was GREAT!!!! We stayed in the tower and the room was clean, the staff were very friendly. And you are literally within walking distance to everything!!!!!! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is a great value for the money. The room was huge and pretty comfortable. The Jacuzzi tub was nice and had plenty of room. If your staying in Niagara and want a cheaper hotel within short walking distance to everything, then definitely stay here!!!!!!!!!!
