The picture is misleading. On site, this is actually a hotel with a connected courtyard motel in the back. I was pleased with the discounted rate that I was able to book this motel room at, however, I was not entirely satisfied with my stay and would have rather paid a little more to have a better experience. The beds were very clean and comfortable, but there was limited lighting and we had to unplug lamps and the clock to be able to have any outlets. I found the 4 rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom to be amusing, but was grossed out by the overwhelmingly yellow coloring of the tub. The hotel offered "free wifi" but we were never able to get a signal at our room, and even at registration desk, the signal was so weak I couldn't connect. The staff stated they would reset the server, but it didn't fix the problem. Breakfast was very disappointing and consisted of a toaster with a loaf of white bread, some muffins, and fruit cups. I stayed in early December, so perhaps this menu is just for the off-season. Lastly, I had to sign an agreement to be quiet and respectful during my stay and that being a weekend, a security guard would be present and available. All evening and all night until around 5am, there were multiple rooms partying loudly and one room in particular on the second floor that was calling out at people walking by. I was awoken multiple times from noise outside my room, and found trash, a fire extinguisher, and empty beer cans littering the walkway in the morning. There was an indoor pool which seemed popular and a nice amenity. This was my first overnight visit to Niagara Falls, and the proximity to Clifton Hill attractions was wonderful. Parking was $10, but covered me for Saturday night, and all day Sunday, even after check out. I'm sure that if the internet had been working, and if the courtesy policy had been enforced, my stay would have been better.

Even though had confirmation number, checkin took more than 1 hour. Front desk was not polite and soft.

This hotel has always met my experience with very high expectations. We have stayed at this hotel many, many times and have always been very satisfied with our experience. Package deals when they do have them are wonderful deals...only wish they had more package deals. ( dinner & breakfast included ) We will definitely being staying at this Days Inn again.

We were in Niagara Falls for a recent cheerleading competition and I stayed at this hotel with my 19yr. old son and his girlfriend. The location is perfect. Many restaurants to choose from. Tourist area of Clifton Hill literally right there. I found the staff to be courteous and very helpful with directions and just friendly banter with myself and other guests. Cleaning staff was pleasant to deal with and did an admirable job. The amenities are what I had an issue with. The internet reception was non-existent in our room and had difficulty loading simple web pages while sitting in the lobby!! The Applebees connected to the hotel and mentioned prominently on their site and on the flashing electric sign on top of the hotel, was "Closed for the season"!! May have wanted to mention that...and consider changing the sign on the hotel that states to all on Clifton Hill that 'Kids Eat Free'. The heat in the room had to be on or off as there was no temperature control....the knob on the unit turned freely...adjusting nothing. I just think this hotel is missing just enough that one would get more 'value' spending $10-$15 more per night and staying at one of the numerous hotels within walking distance of this one.

Omg, I thought I would pull my hair out. There was 2 rooms in the outdoor section that was having all nite party. I mean it was a open door party with people drinking in parking lot and loud noises and yelling ALL nite. 6am in the morning still going on. I was told by the young housekeeping guy that security was coming to take care of it. BS, they didn't do anything. And when I spoke to the front desk they had the audacity to tell me that we signed a waiver which was like a slap in the face saying anyone can make as much noise as they want an we sign our rights away by signing a waiver????? WTF is that all about.

I was a little weary of this place after reading some of the reviews, however, I took a risk because it was so close to everything. Let me tell you, this hotel was GREAT!!!! We stayed in the tower and the room was clean, the staff were very friendly. And you are literally within walking distance to everything!!!!!! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is a great value for the money. The room was huge and pretty comfortable. The Jacuzzi tub was nice and had plenty of room. If your staying in Niagara and want a cheaper hotel within short walking distance to everything, then definitely stay here!!!!!!!!!!

Me and my boys went up to for the night at Clifton Hill, had a great time, location is right at the top of the hill, right next to the Wild Mushroom and Casino. Great time. Good room, great price. Only complaint is that I wasn't told I would have to pay for parking.

We were very happy with the room and the service. We have a large dog and they were wonderful about having him in the room and even offered to call us if we left him and there were issues. The rooms are older but the lobby and pool area were new. Excellent location (if you don't mind a hill on the way back) to the falls and all the tourist kitsch.

This Days Inn has been my go to for road trips with my friends. Great location and the view from our balcony in the tower was nice. Watch out for the $12 a day parking fee that you won't know about until you check out.

I traveled with a group of my college friends. We were there to see the falls but also the nightlife, both of which were in perfect walking distance. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful with questions. The rooms were decent, nothing special but nothing to cringe over, typical hotel bedspread. Clean bathroom. We couldn't have asked for a better location and for what we paid it was good quality for our money. The pool area appeared to be recently renovated which is always nice. Both indoor and outdoor rooms and, as college students, we really enjoyed the convenience of the outdoor rooms. Plenty of parking and free with stay.

The Hotel provided was very accommodating. It provided basic necessities such as, a washroom with toilet and shower capabilities. A view of the outside and air conditioning. Also, a pool for a little time of relaxation. The Hotel was completely comforting and a great choice.

The location was great and in walking distance to all the fun and activities at Niagara Falls. Pleasant customer service, family friendly and a great location for family. If I were to go back to Canada I would stay there again and recommend it to my friends and family.

The hotel was disgusting. The room had a rank smell. The elevator had a disgusting smell as well. There was no toiletries provided except toilet paper and stained towels. Only one key was provided which was quite inconvenient. The chairs were not clean. Overall was not happy. The only thing that was good was that I stayed for a short period of time and the location.
