After reading some of the reviews before staying here I was a little hesitant in reserving a room here. But our needs were very little. All we needed was a cool room, one that was clean, and one that was bug free--because we were only staying for one night. And this room met all our needs. We got there late evening and because we are not familiar with Atlanta, we did not want to go any where to eat. We found a pizza takeout menu in our room that listed phone numbers for all that pizza parlor's different locations. I had no idea which was the closest & called the desk for their advice. They told me which one I needed to call. In fact, each time I called the desk they were very friendly and helpful. I noticed on the phone that if you made a local call, there was a charge of 35 cent. When we went to check out (at 4 AM), the young man on the desk refused to charge us for the local call to the pizza parlor. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly, courteous, and helpful. I can't comment on any of the amenities, such as pool, room service, etc. because we did not need them or use them. The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5 star was because the location was very hard to get too if you were not familiar with the area and did not realize where you had to turn to get into the hotel. Yes, we would stay there again if we ever needed to stay some where for just one night as it met all our needs.

Service quallity was same as price. At night, little light and noise from outside.
