Set along M-32 West, Days Inn is approximately four miles from Alpena County Regional Airport. From the Alpena inn, visitors can start the day marvelling at the collections at Besser Museum or shopping at Alpena Mall.

Days Inn Alpena Guest Reviews
Just finished a family stay at this hotel and we were all thrilled with the staff's helpfulness, friendliness and professionalism. Alexandra and Abdrubal at the front desk organized and scheduled many trips for us and everything ran like clockwork. Everyone spoke English well enough that communication was never an issue. Just be prepared for a long drive from either of the airports. Don't rent a car, have the hotel organize a driver for you. You can rent a car in La Fortuna if you want but driving is a task better done by the locals...

We had a good experience at Days Inn, Alpenia, MI. The staff was very helpful in providing directions to points of interest. The WI-FI worked well, which was not the case at other hotels. The NOAA maritime museum was very interesting. Did not go on the glasss bottom boat viewing shipwrecks.
