keep complaining about bad side lights but no action. wi-fi internet not work. we also complain about this thing but they said to talk with internet provider. so funny. no iron and TV quality is also very bad.

Had to change room upon arrival due to bathroom door being busted, and roach in the bathroom. Shower had to be taken before 6am or the water was cold the rest of the day.When changed to other room there was another type of bug not sure what it was, but do have photos of it. The stopper for the bathtub was broken. The ice machine kept running out of ice. I have to say this is the worst place I have ever stayed in.

The room was clean enough and adequate for an overnight stay. The shuttle was unreliable to Metro. The staff was abrupt. The breakfast was a joke - go to IHOP across the street. The bathtub drain was clogged and took forever to drain.

this hotel in located in a hight crime area.Access to it is very hard to get to.The wi-fi was little or non existant on the 3rd floor where we were staying. The tv was old and it only recieved 10 channels.Non of wich were local channels so you couldn't check on local news to plan your day. The free breakfast is low end bagels and english muffins.Not to worry there are several place to eat nearbye. In addition there are no microwave or fridges in the rooms keep that in mind. For the price it was an ok stay.The elevator is a little out dated. the staff not a smile in the bunch.Not even from the manager.All in all not a bad stay.But i don't think i will stay there on my next trip to D.C
