We had asked for a handicapped accessable room. When we checked in they only had a room with a king sized bed. There were three adults in our party, so the clerk offered a roll away bed. We agreed to that. The roll away would have barely held a child. Called the front desk and was offered the room next door that wasn't handicapped accessable. We took it. The first room smelled bad. The second room was okay. We had breakfast at the in house restaurant. The food was not that great.. This hotel should have a complimentary breakfast but doesn't. Staff was great.

Great location. Across the street from Water Country USA and an easy 2 miles from Busch Gardens. We were on the second floor above a very noisy ball room being used by a family reunion. Could clearly hear songs word for word. Doors need better padding. A young group of teenagers were on our hall constantly slamming doors at late hours of the night. However, if none of this occurs during your stay, this is a good choice of accommodations. Restuarant on sight. Would stay again.

My husband and I chose this hotel due to its location to Water Country & Busch Gardens. It was a perfect location, across the street from Water Country & 1 mile to Busch Gardens. The property was clean and our grandchildren had a great time in the pool. We only used the restaurant for breakfast and the food was excellent. The staff were all friendly and would always greet you if they passed you in the hall or elevator. Our room had a nice size refreigerator & microwave. My only suggestion would be that they add a small coffee maker. I would definitely visit this property again when traveling to Busch Gardens/Water Country.
