On arrival. Checked in on entering room all I could see was the cracks running round the room. Inches deep un real went back to reception refused to stay in a room like that. Given different room which turned out to be the same. Third time lucky. Room ok but would call it cheap and cheerful. Sorry Days would not return

From the moment we arrived we were met with problems firstly there was a mix up with rooms which was sorted but by a rather unhelpful receptionist, then we arrive in room to discover that the pay for view although advertised is not working the wi-fi was awful both these problems were mentioned to staff who offered no solution... that night although advertised all over the hotel as 24/7 snack service available at the bar we were not able to get a simple sandwich. The room we were allocated was noisy and the room my teenage children received had noisy road works outside the window I would not reccommend this hotel and will not stay here again.

Our party of four, including one disabled person found this well located hotel ideal for a short visit to Belfast. We couldn't have been more welcome and all the delights of the city were only a short distance away.

Large modern hotel in a quiet area to the south of the city centre and very close to the bus and rail stations. Each day the room was supplied with clean towels and toiletries. The food provided at breakfast was varied and to a reasonable quality. Ulster newspapers were available free twice each day. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would be happy to stay here again and to recommend the hotel to others.
