We were there for a wedding. The staff did very well and excelled for the weddig. The resort is very good and the location excellent. We are familiar with the Whitsunday region and find it most enjoyable. We were most happy with our stay

This is a nice holiday location. If all you want to do is relax and have a good time, then you will (weather permitting). The only thing letting the resort down is the food availability/range/quality etc for lunch or dinner. Food for breakfast is fantastic. Staff were always friendly. Rooms were of a good size, would have been better if it included a good tv. The few austar channels were a plus on the rainy days.

We arrived over an hour after the official check in time of 2pm and our room was still not ready. We were kept waiting for over 1/2 hour before our room was ready and no real apology was offered. The resort is very full of families and extremely busy. Although the location is nice, if I was going back to the Whitsundays I would pay extra to stay somewhere else.

This resort is for families with young children. It's not great for adults. Long past it's sell-by date.

Best Island I have stayed on. Food needs to have more variety and the ferry cost is a rip off but not the islands fault. Spend the extra and get a balcony room or suite though. The outdoor cinema is an excellent thing. I would say a perfect getaway.
