Excellent lower-cost stay except for the not very hot shower

A four-storey building with no lift... the pricing is on a high side. But the environment is nice, with friendly receiption.

Actually the location and its room is good and above my expectation. But please note that all poor comments of other reviewers are TRUE; plus the room service is careless, always forgot something. I'll return to this hotel but do not recommend to ppl travel with family.

Cozy little place on Soi 31 just 3 minutes walk from Sukhumvit. Price is quite a bargain except that I would have preferred if they provide free internet instead of having to pay 60baht per hour.
