Darling Towers South Yarra Guest Reviews
I realize it was at a cut-price rate, but at $140 per night one could at least expect cleanliness. Yes the sheets and towels were spotless, but the floors had not been attended to in a very long time and surfaces had sticky patches - lord knows what they were. There was an old dessicated tea-bag in the hall-way that had probably been there a long time - it was there when I arrived and was still there when I left. The stairs had not been vacuumed in a very long time, and featured old used tissues - Need I go on. Do not go there. Unless they clean up their act. Not worth $140.00 that's for sure.

Fantastic location. Friendly staff. Nice clean and very well priced. Will stay with this accommodation when ever in Melbourne.

Hard to beat this place on price and location. Staff are good, no nonsense. I've stayed here about 4 times now and hope to continue.

The apartment was basic ( dripping taps throughout) but clean functional. Location excellent and staff friendly. In an expensive area I would rate this as being good value and well located.
