Its a excellent hotel , price wise as well location wise. I will stay here again and again whenever I will be in Dubai. Simply excellent location , near to Malls & Famouse Resturants & Shopping Bazar. Yunus

Could not fault this hotel. Staff were always ready to help and rooms were cleaned thoroughly daily. Great breakfast as well.

An excellent value hotel in Bur Dubai with excellent helpful staff. The rooms are large and well equipped with a useful kitchen area for those that wish to use it. Buffet-style breakfast, served on the ground floor, has a great choice of hot and cold options. Taxis can be hard to get at peak times.

Not a bad hotel but a few silly things put me off. For example, the kettle in the room had a two pin plug but the socket was UK style 3 pin, and the only socket in the kitchenette was located above the cooker hob. Also there was limited crockery, cutlery and utensils so even making a cup of tea meant stirring it with the handle of a fork and breakfast had to be shared from the sibgle bowl that was available! Staff were friendly enough and the small roof top pool was quite nice.

People at the hotel were extremely service-oriented and helpful. I especially liked the free internet service. The price was reasonable for the class of hotel. Lots of restaurants in the vecinity.
