The hotel is located in a very good location, just a few (3) blocks away from the beach, and also near (15 min walk) to the train station

Overall a nice hotel for the price does not deserve the negative comments i read prior to going to Nice. Room was a good size and staff very friendly

Very friendly staff. Short walk to the Promenade des Anglais, about 10 mins walk to train station. Good value internet cafe a few doors down. Only slight drawback would be the lack of sound proofing from rooms overhead. Otherwise, i'd recommend this hotel for anyone on a moderate budget.
